Our Design Philosophy 

Design the Impossible. “It always seems impossible until it’s done.” -Nelson Mandela. Too often designers tell their clients, "it's impossible" or "It can't be done" or "it would cost a fortune" for one reason or another (often lack of construction knowledge or fear of the unknown). At Ferrarini our entire team is embodied in a culture of innovation/experimentation &  modernization. We take the time to study, explore, and invent as needed to help our clients accomplish a real dream space. We believe every client should feel that their home is wonderfully and distinctively theirs.

Ferrarini Kitchens is looking to empower our team members to grow alongside our business through a structured commission program intended to drive sales as well as team member engagement. We know that our team is at the core of our success & growth – therefore, we want to ensure that every team member throughout the organization is compensated fairly based on their direct contributions to our growth figures each month.  Team member commissions will be structured on a tiered basis, as outlined below. Company Email

All communication between #teamferrarini and clients are sent and received via Ferrarini's company email & google calender. You will receive an invitation (sent to your email on file) to activate your Ferrarini email. Follow the instructions and activate your account. Please contact Jenine@ferrariniremodeling.com if you have questions. 

All file management (uploading, downloading, sharing, etc) is hosted on #Teamferrarini dropbox folder. Each designer is assigned a folder labeled with their name. Here you can find access to all pertinent company information to help you better perform. Ivymark is our main hub for product selection, product pricing, product invoicing, and product ordering.
