"I feel every designer has an obligation to their client & that is to show them a world they could have never imagined on their own.". As an artist, residential designer, and home remodeling expert, Matthew Ferrarini serves as the Principal Designer for Ferrarini's Kitchens. Known for his seamless, sublimely crafted environments, in whose broad range of styles—minimalist here, maximalist there— share a rarefied attention to detail and flow. His passion for interior design and remodeling was cultivated by his parents (Interior Designer & Builder) & accentuated by his extensive international travel, which has allowed him to see and experience first-hand some of the world's most prestigious living environments. 

Acknowledged at a national level, Matthew was awarded the 30 under 30 by the National Kitchen & Bath Association. Following his national debut Matthew has become an authoritative voice & influencer within the construction & kitchen and bath industry, annually taking the podium at design conferences across the country (KBIS, Industry Summits, NKBA Voices from the Industry & More). INTERESTS & HOBBIES: Spending time with his wife Fabiana and two boys (Enrique & Josiah), traveling, photography, and coaching his son's basketball teams.

Donna has spent the last decade working along side her son Matthew teaching him the intricacies and details of Interior Design, encouraging him to adopt ideas from her 20+ years of interior design experience while embracing forward thinking and emerging design trends. Today Donna serves as the Interior Designer & Decorator for Ferrarini with a primary focus on material selection and detailed designs (tile plan, lighting plan, etc.). Donna's refined taste and colorful imagination fashions a blissful world of color schemes, textures, and design details necessary to properly adorn any project. 

INTERESTS & HOBBIES: Spending time with my grandchildren, salsa dancing, cultural culinary experiences, and philanthropy.

Jenine is an Artist and Interior Designer. For Ferrarini Jenine serves as an Interior Designer & Product Coordinator helping taking projects from start to finish.

Jenine has 10 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Drexel University. She has worked in New York, New Jersey & Philadelphia at prominent commercial design firms, but always felt her passion was in the residential design realm.

Her design philosophy is centered in finding unique ways to express the details of a space or home. Jenine's ultimate goal for each client is to create a seamless and enjoyable transition from old space to new.

Joshua Roane - Drafter & Visual Illustrator

Joshua Roane - Drafter & Visual Illustrator

 Joshua is a Drafter & Visual Illustrator. At Ferrarini he renders kitchens, bathrooms, full floors and outdoor additions. Each rendering is meticulously scrutinized, carefully plotted, and discerningly created so when the client sees the final production, they are able to fully imagine the possibilities. Joshua also creates the construction drawings necessary for each project for plan review, permit applications, and installation instructions. Joshua is well versed in Computer engineering, 3D design, and computer aided drafting (CAD). 

INTEREST & HOBBIES: Building Computers from scratch, Working on German Cars, & Go-Cart Racing.

Rachel Giannascoli - Designer

Rachel Giannascoli - Designer

Rachel loves connecting with individuals and improving their life through design. Her practice began at James Madison University and continued as a surveyor and drafter for a Philadelphia architect. A few years later she began designing kitchens and bathrooms for another Philadelphia based company which developed her knowledge in the field. This eventually led her to work directly with cabinet manufacturers where she gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for cabinetry. With a little over 10 years of experience in interior design, Rachel finds enjoyment reworking space through observing the lifestyles, requirements and needs of the people who use it. She also enjoys painting, cooking, and the great outdoors.
